Thank you to everyone who came out to make Harvest House’s 10th Annual Redemption Run successful! It was a beautiful sunny morning for the race and it was great to see everyone’s energy! Over 120 runners from the Ottawa community participated in the race, running alongside Harvest House residents and enjoying a delicious pancake breakfast together afterwards. Runners can check their results online through the following links: 21k race results, 11k race results, 5k race results.
A very big thank you as well to all the volunteers who showed up to make the event possible and to our generous sponsors featured below. Through your generosity and commitment you made the 10th Annual Redemption Run a success!
Harvest House encourages residents to run on our outdoor track several times per week. Running provides residents with the opportunity to set and achieve goals, reduce their stress levels, and increase their physical health. The Redemption Run began 10 years ago as an extension of the running part of the Harvest House program. It has been a great opportunity for community members to visit Harvest House and show their support by running alongside residents who have worked very hard to achieve their running goals. We hope to see everyone again next year!
