To honour physical distancing during COVID-19, we have cancelled the 2020 Redemption Run.
Thank you to all the runners, community members, and sponsors that have helped make this event a success year after year.
We hope that you are all staying safe during this difficult time and we look forward to running with you again next year!
12 years ago, we organized our first Redemption Run as an opportunity for the men at Harvest House to set and achieve fitness goals. Since then, members of the Ottawa community have been coming out to show their support by running alongside Harvest House residents.
The Redemption Run starts and finishes at Harvest House and includes a post-race pancake breakfast for all race participants and their supporters. The run raises awareness about the Harvest House program by giving community members the chance to visit the main facility and interact with residents.
Featuring three different race lengths – 5km, 11km, and 21km/half-marathon – the Redemption Run has something for the amateur and experienced runner alike and is a great opportunity to exercise and help save a life at the same time!

THANK YOU to all of the runners, volunteers, and sponsors who made our 2019 Redemption a huge success!
